Free Support

For users of the free version of CP-Sync:

  1. WordPress.org Support Forum

    • Visit the CP-Sync Support Forum
    • Create a new topic describing your issue in detail
    • Our team monitors this forum regularly during business hours
  2. GitHub Issues

    • For bugs or feature requests, you can submit an issue on our GitHub repository
    • Please follow the issue template and provide as much information as possible

Premium Support

For licensed users of CP-Sync Premium:

  1. Priority Email Support

    • Email [email protected] with your issue
    • Include your license key, WordPress version, and a detailed description of your problem
    • Screenshots or screen recordings are extremely helpful
  2. Support Ticket System

    • Log in to your account at churchplugins.com
    • Navigate to the Support section
    • Create a new ticket with details about your issue
  3. Priority Response

    • Premium customers receive prioritized support
    • Our target response time is within 1 business day

Preparing for Support

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

  1. System Information

    • WordPress version
    • PHP version
    • CP-Sync version
    • Browser and operating system
    • List of active plugins
  2. Detailed Description

    • What you were trying to do
    • What you expected to happen
    • What actually happened
    • Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Access to Logs

    • Navigate to Settings → CP Sync → Logs
    • Export relevant logs and attach them to your support request
  4. Error Messages

    • Include any error messages you’re seeing
    • Screenshots of error messages are very helpful

Specialized Support

API Integration Issues

For problems related to your church management system API:

  1. First check that your API credentials are correct
  2. Verify your account has the necessary permissions in your ChMS
  3. Consult your ChMS documentation for API-specific requirements
  4. If the issue persists, contact both CP-Sync support and your ChMS support
